Who we are

InterMontessori is a professional learning and certification centre focused on strengthening stability in early learning environments—both in classrooms and at home.

Our work connects Montessori developmental principles with the realities of modern childcare systems, supporting educators, leaders, and families in creating environments where regulation, engagement, and learning can coexist sustainably.

Our Approach

InterMontessori introduces a Structural Leadership Framework that shifts the focus from managing behaviour to understanding the system around the child.

We support educators and parents in observing and aligning:

  • environment

  • adult responses

  • daily flow and transitions

  • escalation patterns

When these elements are structured, children are better able to regulate, engage, and participate.

About the Founder

Mélanie Tremblay is the founder of InterMontessori, a professional learning and certification centre focused on strengthening stability in early learning environments—both in classrooms and at home.

Her work is grounded in the belief that behaviour is not something to control, but something to understand within the context of the environment, adult responses, and daily systems surrounding the child.

Through the development of the Structural Leadership Framework, she supports educators and parents in shifting from managing behaviour to creating calm, predictable conditions where children can regulate, engage, and grow.

Her approach emphasizes clarity, consistency, and structure as the foundation for both learning and well-being.
